The original contractors who founded the company were actually landlords themselves, and simply had lots of properties that needed not only bathroom renovations done, but also those that needed kitchens and other rooms renovated as well. With those original jobs we actually did other rooms, but got the most compliments from homeowners on our work in their bathrooms.
The original small handful of contractors came up with the idea to start doing small renovations for others out in the community, at first just as a side hustle. They didn’t even have time to do anything else other than the bathrooms, being that they still ran their own apartment buildings and such. So, inadvertently, they eventually became super experts on bathroom renovations in particular, and got the most positive feedback from those jobs.
This is why today Irvine Bathroom Remodeling focuses only on bathrooms. It’s such a waste of time and money for the customer, because even though they have this shell of a newly renovated bathroom, there is so much still going on with issues that are unseen to the naked eye that it seems like they’re right back where they started even after all of the remodeling and redecorating is done.
